Land Development
UCI has completed several complete subdivisions. We take a bare piece of ground and go through the county or city approval process, complete the infrastructure, and build the homes from ground up. We also consult for other investors that are doing land development.
Our experience keeps us ahead of the competition when it comes to land development. Whether we are representing an investor or completing our own land development we keep budget and end results at the forefront of the development process.
Demolition
UCI has completed many complete building demolition projects. We have specialized equipment for concrete demo and recycling. We have demolished everything from hotels to backyard sheds.
We work with specialty contractors for asbestos remediation and other environmental hazards. We take recycling seriously and try to recycle all products including concrete.

UCI offers hauling services for just about anything you might want to move. We have a hot shot service for things that we can haul with a pickup truck and trailer up to 18k pounds. Then we have semi-truck and trailers that we can haul anything you can put on a flatbed trailer. We also do heavy haul with a truck and removable gooseneck lowboy. With this set up we can haul anything up to 120,000 pounds.

We rent 14 CY dumpsters. This is the perfect size for your home remodel project or just cleaning up the garage. We can drop one off in the driveway and pick it up when you are finished. Our prices are cheaper than the big trash companies.
We offer the lowest price roll offs in GJ. We rent by the day, week or month. We offer discounts for long term rentals as well.
